Jeff Seid Set to Make Classic Physique Debut in Natural Bodybuilding

Renowned bodybuilder Jeff Seid is officially transitioning into the Classic Physique division, marking a new chapter in his competitive career. Known for his early dominance in the fitness industry, Seid has now committed to competing naturally, though the exact date of his debut remains unconfirmed.

Seid’s meteoric rise in bodybuilding began at an exceptionally young age. He secured his IFBB Pro Card after winning the 2013 NPC Junior Nationals, making history as one of the youngest professionals in the sport. That same year, he made his competitive debut and quickly established himself by clinching his first victory at the Valenti Gold Cup.

According to Men’s Physique News, Seid is making the highly-anticipated switch from Men’s Physique to Classic Physique and is slated to compete in May at a natural bodybuilding contest.

“World No. 1 fitness star @jeff_seid will be the first to compete in classic physique in the world at the VEATM Presents INBA PNBA International Asia Pacific Championships in Chiba on May 10th.”

Following his recent dominance in the drug-free bodybuilding scene, Seid remains committed to this path as he prepares for his Classic Physique debut. In November, he earned the prestigious title of Natural Olympia champion in the Men’s Physique category at the 2024 Natural Olympia, held from Nov. 7-10 at the Golden Nugget Hotel in Las Vegas. This competition attracted elite-level natural athletes from various divisions, all vying for the sport’s most coveted drug-free title.

For Seid, this victory was just the beginning. After reaching the pinnacle of Men’s Physique in natural bodybuilding, he is now setting his sights on Classic Physique, a division that emphasizes aesthetic symmetry, muscle density, and vintage bodybuilding proportions.

Jeff Seid Reveals His 5,500-Calorie Bulking Diet

Seid has meticulously refined his training regimen and nutrition strategy to maximize hypertrophy and stage readiness. In February, the IFBB Pro broke down his 5,500-calorie mass-gaining diet, revealing how he packed on 30 pounds of lean muscle in just four months while maintaining clean eating habits.

Daily Macronutrient Breakdown:

  • Calories: 5,500

  • Protein: 384 grams

  • Carbohydrates: 668 grams

  • Fats: 144 grams

Seid previously graced the prestigious Mr. Olympia stage, where he secured an 11th-place finish in the Men’s Physique division. He competed twice more but was unable to surpass his initial placement. After the 2016 Olympia, Seid temporarily stepped away from competitive bodybuilding to focus on expanding his personal brand and fitness empire. However, his return to the stage solidifies his dedication to the sport, proving that his passion for physique competition remains stronger than ever.

With his transition to Classic Physique in natural bodybuilding, fans eagerly anticipate how Seid’s aesthetic proportions, muscle maturity, and conditioning will stack up in his new division.
